I found a few photos taken last June in New York City. Held some memories of being here with my dad and how I used to look at things. Odd when you come across things like that.

I am happy.

One thought that is making this a lovely presence in my life is the realisation that my life will be a long and happy one. I have many things to look forward to and also many thing to be extremely grateful for right now.

I am always in a rush to live my life and be something else, the next thing - something that has been bought to my attention recently - but what about now?

I am allowing myself to drop the distractions and just be. And this has bought about a happiness as the realisation is that my life is long - longer than anything I have planned for.

It will all happen - all of it, in its own lovely, sweet time.

So I've been revisiting older images with new invested interest and I came across this one. I wanted to include it on here as a reminder to myself of the opportunities that happen around us, normally the mundane, but nonetheless of interest. This may mean nothing to you but everything to me.
